Intermountain Home Services (IHS) is looking for an Accounting Specialist who thrives on accuracy, organization, and problem-solving. If you enjoy working with numbers, taking ownership of your work, and being part of a high-performing team, we'd love to meet you.

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
• Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, vendor statements, and general ledger accounts
• Review invoices, expenses, and financial records for accuracy
• Maintain vendor records, W-9s, and 1099 reporting
• Research and resolve discrepancies
• Support audits and financial reporting
• Partner with teams across the organization to keep financial operations running smoothly
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency

• 1-3 years of accounting, bookkeeping, or finance experience
• Working knowledge of accounting principles and reconciliations
• Strong Excel skills and experience with accounting software
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Multi-entity experience is a plus but not required
