Part-time | M-F | Hourly position | 25 hours per week | Starting wage Depends on experience
As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for families and visitors at our facility in Enterprise, Utah. Your role is crucial for fostering a warm and inviting atmosphere while also ensuring efficient administrative operations.
You will handle a variety of duties including answering phones, managing scheduling, and assisting with inquiries. Your excellent people skills will be an asset as you guide visitors through our processes and ensure their experiences are as positive as possible.
Key Responsibilities:- Welcoming visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner
- Answering and directing phone calls/emails to appropriate personnel
- Performing data entry and maintaining accurate client records
- Maintaining both the digital and hard copy file in accordance with licensing requirements
- Assisting with administrative tasks as needed, including filing and organizing documents
- Communicating effectively with team members and other departments
- Work in conjunction with the cleaning staff to ensure reception area, laundry is done on-time and facilities are tidy and organized
- Supporting the needs of the field department, medical, clinical and administrative teams
- Editing and uploading client photos weekly
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer operations
- Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate demeanor
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulation
- Proficient in basic computer and math skills, including Microsoft Docs & Excel
- Ability to set boundaries and enforce rules, especially in high-stress situation
- Must pass a criminal background check and have a clean driving record and Current Utah Driver’s license
- Able to perform physical labor and maintain flexibility in varying weather conditions
- Regularly walk, stand, and lift objects weighing up to 25 pounds
- Gain Aegis and CPR certifications within 30 days of hire
- Previous front desk experience is preferred
