Position Summary At Ken Garff Automotive Group, we are committed to treating people better than they expect to be treated. We are seeking an experienced Automotive Window Tint Technician with 2+ years of hands-on experience who takes pride in their craft and delivers exceptional results.

This role plays a key part in enhancing the customer experience by ensuring every vehicle is completed with precision, care, and attention to detail. The ideal candidate embodies our R.I.G.H.T. What You’ll DoInstall automotive window tint on a variety of vehicles with high-quality, professional results

Measure, cut, and apply film with precision while maintaining efficiency in a production environment

Prepare vehicle surfaces to ensure proper adhesion and a flawless, bubble-free finish

Inspect completed work to ensure it meets Ken Garff quality standards

Remove and replace tint as needed

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace

Collaborate with service and sales teams to meet customer timelines and expectations

Provide a best-in-class customer experience through professionalism and attention to detail

Follow all safety procedures and product guidelines

What You Bring Minimum 2 years of automotive window tinting experience

Proven ability to complete tint jobs independently with consistent, high-quality results

Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship

Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced dealership environment

A positive attitude and commitment to being a team player

Valid driver’s license (preferred)

Physical Requirements Ability to stand, bend, and kneel for extended periods

Ability to lift up to 25–50 lbs Comfortable working in a shop/dealership environment

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Paint Protection Film (PPF) or vinyl wraps

Experience working in a dealership or high-volume automotive shop
