Marketing Account Strategist

What You’ll Do 🔹 Grow & Manage Client Relationships

• Serve as the primary point of contact for advertising clients
• Build long-term partnerships that drive retention and recurring revenue
• Understand client goals and translate them into targeted advertising strategies
• Prospect and close new business
• Develop customized direct mail and print advertising proposals
• Cross-sell special sections, sponsor ships, premium placements, and expanded distribution
• Lead renewal conversations strategically to secure ongoing commitments
• Oversee campaigns from proposal through distribution
• Ensure accuracy, quality, and on-time delivery
• Review performance with clients and recommend refinements to maximize ROI

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field) or equivalent experience
• 3–5+ years in advertising sales, direct mail, print media, or business development
• Proven ability to prospect, close new business, and meet revenue goals
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Experience building customized marketing plans and discussing ROI confidently
• Self-motivated, organized, and performance-driven
