Rate: $22.22/hr w2 without benefits

Hybrid - 3 days per week in office mandatory

The Transfer of Asset (TOA) team within Operations offers a unique opportunity to work in a critical function. The team works closely with our customers, contra firms and internal business partners to deliver seamless and timely transfer experiences.

• Review client requests and ensure all required documents are obtained and in good order.
• Communicate with clients and internal support when the requirements are not met.
• Validate submissions within proper time frames to meet SLA and assist with daily reporting.
• Provide transfer support to front‑office representatives.
• Identify areas in the transfer process that can be more efficient and where potential exposures can be minimized.
• Build relationships with other operational teams that lend to the client experience.
• Work with outside firms to resolve transfer‑related concerns, coordinate the receipt or delivery of assets.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent work experience.
• 1‑3 years of experience in operations, financial services, or similar environment (asset transfers experience a plus).
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to review documentation and catch discrepancies.
• Comfortable working in high‑volume, deadline‑driven environments and meeting SLAs.
• Solid communication skills: able to follow up with contra firms and internal teams when needed.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and ability to work across multiple systems.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple requests at once.

• Familiarity with brokerage products and account types.
• Experience working with external firms or handling exceptions/escalations.
