Process Analyst

• Facilitate meetings across business units to provide updates on payer data status.
• Facilitate task development for ETL staff and payer data teams based on incoming data.
• Monitor all moving parts of the project, keeping them synchronized and moving forward.
• Prepare, organize, and distribute all necessary project materials.
• Attend all project meetings and take notes.
• Communicate pertinent information between management and staff.
• Supervise and delegate tasks to project assistants and other trained staff.
• Collaborate on project presentations.
• Foster positive and productive client relationships.

• 1 year of experience.
• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence.

• Additional relevant experience beyond the minimum.

• Weekly hours: 40, full‑time.
• Pay range: $43,888.00 - $ (base rate, subject to various factors).
• Eligible for CVS Health bonus, commission or short‑term incentive programs.
