Job Description

Reporting to the Sr. Marketing Manager for Footprint in the US Region, the Marketing Analyst supports the day-to-day operations of the Footprint product family while delivering the business insights and analytics that enable the US MDS commercial organization to achieve its strategic objectives. As part of the US MDS VAD Marketing team, this individual will contribute to go-to-market planning, annual strategic review activities, dashboard development, and recurring business reporting for a recently integrated product portfolio operating under a dual-brand go-to-market model.

Responsibilities
  • Build and manage effective relationships across marketing, operations, and the commercial organization to drive operational efficiency - reporting on relevant KPIs and gathering data in support of key strategic priorities.
  • Own financial forecasting, customer order tracking, and monthly sales reconciliation analysis.
  • Support demand forecasting and revenue projections, including Annual Strategic Review (ASR), annual budgeting, quarterly projections, and monthly sales performance analysis.
  • Support analytical needs for new product launches, adoption modeling, and account profiling for sales targeting.
  • Deliver actionable insights on customer needs, sales enablers, and customer operations improvements that support sustainable growth.
  • Assess the effectiveness of marketing programs, including marketing automation and sales funnel/salesforce effectiveness, and measure customer promotion performance.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and recurring business reporting, plus ad-hoc analysis for marketing, sales, and key business partners - delivered in accurate, timely, and where possible automated formats.
  • Support supply chain reporting and inventory tracking as it relates to product availability and demand planning.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with leaders and business partners, presenting insights and recommendations in a clear, actionable manner.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required; preference for a major in a technical field, finance/accounting, or business/marketing.
  • 3-5 years of experience in an analytical role supporting commercial operations (marketing and sales), ideally in a downstream capacity preferred.
  • Strong technical/analytical toolkit: advanced Excel (formulas, pivot tables, macros, charts), PowerPoint, and experience with Access, Power BI, or SAP BI/BW for reporting.
  • Strong quantitative reasoning and business acumen required
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence across customers, business partners, sales, and operations teams in support of managing a product portfolio required
  • Strong presentation, communication, and organizational skills required
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity; experience supporting an integration, new product launch, or fast-changing portfolio is a plus.
