• Present cost estimates and supporting documentation to internal teams and clients.

• Proven experience as a Senior Estimator, preferably within the data centre or construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of cost estimation principles, methodologies, and tools.
• Familiarity with data centre infrastructure, including electrical, mechanical, and IT systems.
• Proficiency in estimation software and tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Relevant qualifications in construction management, engineering, or a related field are highly desirable.
