Layton Construction is seeking an Associate Estimator to prepare estimates for diverse projects, share cost accuracy with the project team, and assist other estimators and managers in estimating tasks.
You will read contracts, perform quantity take-offs, solicit bids, price subcontractor scopes, and develop bid formats and outlines. A civil engineering or construction management background is preferred, with knowledge of estimating software such as Destini, Blue Beam, and On Screen Take-off.
