Layton Construction seeks an Associate Estimator to prepare estimates for diverse projects, collaborating with the project team to ensure cost accuracy and supporting estimators and managers across estimating tasks.
The successful candidate will read plans and specs, perform take-offs, gather bids from subs, and help prepare bid proposals. A civil engineering/CM background and proficiency with Destini, Blue Beam, and On Screen Take-off are preferred.
