Layton Construction is seeking an Estimator to prepare estimates for commercial projects, coordinating with project teams to ensure cost accuracy and timely bid preparation. You will read contract documents, perform quantity takeoffs, and solicit quotes from subs and suppliers.
The role requires a civil engineering or construction management background, 1+ year estimating experience, and strong skills in Timberline, Excel, and MS Word. AutoCAD/Primavera knowledge is a plus.
