The Role
We are hiring an In-House Stylist & Content Creator to serve as a visible, trusted presence for Bronxton across social media and digital content. This role is not about chasing trends or viral gimmicks. It’s about educating, advising, and building trust with customers. While this role has a strong on‑camera component, it is not limited to filming alone. We’re looking for someone who is excited to be involved across the full content and marketing process.
When not on camera, you’ll contribute to photography, videography, copywriting, and general marketing support. This is a hands‑on, collaborative role where flexibility and creative range matter. You will appear on camera regularly, speaking about clothing, fit, styling, and how to build a wardrobe. When not filming, you’ll assist with broader marketing efforts including content planning, product knowledge development, and campaign support.
This is an in‑house position and a long‑term brand role.
- Appear on camera for short‑ and long‑form content (Instagram, paid ads, website, email, etc.)
- Speak confidently about:
- Fit and sizing
- Styling for different body types and occasions
- How garments should feel and wear over time
- When something isn’t the right choice for someone
- Product care and maintenance
- Color, texture and article combinations
- Serve as a consistent, recognizable face of the Bronxton brand
- Help customers feel confident making higher‑consideration purchases online
- Collaborate with the marketing team on content concepts, campaigns, and creative direction
- Assist with product launches, photoshoots, and styling prep
- Support photography and videography efforts (on set and behind the scenes)
- Help write or refine copy for social posts, ads, PDPs, and email campaigns
- Contribute to product storytelling for premium items (suits, knits, tailoring)
- Provide styling insight and wardrobe guidance for campaigns and site content
- Assist with general marketing tasks and creative needs during non‑filming time
This role is not about follower count.
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Well‑spoken, confident, and comfortable on camera
- Genuinely knowledgeable about menswear, tailoring, and fit
- Able to explain fashion clearly and calmly (not hype‑driven)
- Tasteful, professional, and admirable in presence
- Trustworthy, someone customers would actually take advice from
- Comfortable becoming a long‑term face of a brand
- Comfortable wearing multiple creative hats and helping where needed
Backgrounds that could be a great fit:
- Stylist
- Fashion designer
- Retail specialist with deep product knowledge
- Menswear enthusiast with strong communication skills
- Content creator with a more refined, educational approach
- Strong understanding of clothing, fit, and styling
- Comfortable speaking on camera (experience preferred, not required)
- Ability to communicate clearly and confidently
- Interest in fashion as a craft, not just a trend
- Willingness to work in‑house and collaborate with a team
- Organized, dependable, and professional
- Photo and video skills. Moderate understanding of Photoshop, Premiere, and other programs in the Adobe Sweet.
- A credibility‑building, authority‑focused position
- A chance to grow with the brand long‑term
- A hybrid creative + marketing role
- A hands‑on, multi‑disciplinary creative role inside a growing brand
- A freelance influencer partnership
- A trend‑chasing Tik Tok role
- A short‑term content experiment
- $45-55k depending on experience
- Health benefits
