Graphic Artist​/Production Artist​/Production Worker

We are looking for an experienced Graphic Artist / Production Artist to join our awesome team.

• Review customer artwork and prepare production-ready files
• Create and edit vector artwork
• Interpret AI-generated artwork and convert it into production-ready vector color separations
• Perform screen printing color separations
• Prepare artwork for Direct-to-Film (DTF) printing
• Prepare artwork for Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printing
• Create mockups and customer proofs
• Maintain organized digital art files
• Communicate with customers and production staff regarding artwork
• Perform quality control, do press checks on all printing methods, and ensure the final product accurately matches the approved artwork
• Assist with digital printing and production as needed

• Experience creating screen printing color separations
• Knowledge of garment printing techniques
• Experience with Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW (optional), and Adobe Photoshop
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Strong communication skills
• Self-motivated and dependable

• Experience in a commercial screen printing shop
• Knowledge of DTF and DTG production
• Basic understanding of color matching and garment decoration methods
