Unpaid Volunteer Role
Key Responsibilities- Helps make map of how to utilize each space within the venue
- Figures out which speaker is in which rooms during which times based on interest & room capacities;
- Creates the itinerary to be posted on the web and (e) mailed out to registered participants.
- Dedicate a minimum of 3 hours per week to duties and outreach.
- Attend weekly meeting with Mothering Convention Team
- Attend Mothering Convention all day event, October 10, 2026 in Sandy, Utah
- Communicate proactively if circumstances impact your ability to fulfill responsibilities.
