Sandy, UT (Onsite, In-Person)
Compensation: $16-$19/hour Monday through Friday Schedules:

12:00 AM - 8:30 PM MT
1:00 PM - 9:30 PM MT

We are looking for a full-time Testing Proctor and Onboarding Agent to join our energetic team in Sandy, Utah. At Prov, you will support test takers through the onboarding and proctoring process, ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish. What You’ll Do

As a Testing Proctor and Onboarding Agent, you will play a vital role in delivering a seamless and positive experience for our candidates.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Proctor exams and maintain a secure and professional testing environment
  • Guide testing candidates through onboarding and test day procedures
  • Answer phone calls from test takers and assist with questions or issues
  • Provide empathetic, solutions‑focused customer service
  • Collaborate with other departments to continuously improve the candidate experience

This role requires flexibility, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to upholding Prov's standards of integrity and excellence.

Location & Relocation
