Compensation: $16-$19/hour Monday through Friday Schedules:

12:00 AM - 8:30 PM MT
1:00 PM - 9:30 PM MT

We are looking for a full-time Testing Proctor and Onboarding Agent to join our energetic team in Sandy, Utah. As a Testing Proctor and Onboarding Agent, you will play a vital role in delivering a seamless and positive experience for our candidates.

Key responsibilities include:

• Proctor exams and maintain a secure and professional testing environment
• Guide testing candidates through onboarding and test day procedures
• Answer phone calls from test takers and assist with questions or issues
• Provide empathetic, solutions‑focused customer service
• Collaborate with other departments to continuously improve the candidate experience

This role requires flexibility, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to upholding Prov's standards of integrity and excellence.

• Bilingual fluency (preferred, but not required)

This position is based at our Sandy, UT office. Candidates must be able to relocate prior to starting work.
