Bristol City Council’s Housing & Landlord Services are currently recruiting a Business Support Officer to join our Disrepair team.
ResponsibilitiesReporting to the department head you will be responsible for day‑to‑day administration within the team as well as project‑led functions. An administration or customer service background is essential.
You will need to be a team player who is able to communicate effectively with colleagues across all departments.
This is a fast‑paced role, so you must be able to work under pressure and prioritise your tasks throughout the day.
Knowledge of repairs and workflow systems would be beneficial but is not essential; full training will be provided.
Qualifications- Essential: administration or customer service background.
- Beneficial: experience with repairs and workflow systems.
- Required:
GCSE Maths & English or equivalent, or proven experience that demonstrates ability in these areas.
