• Answer inbound calls and customer inquiries with professionalism and urgency
• Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments across multiple home service brands
• Create exceptional customer experiences that build trust and loyalty
• Resolve customer concerns quickly and effectively
• Coordinate with dispatch and operations teams to optimize scheduling
• Maintain accurate customer records in CRM and scheduling systems
• Follow up on missed appointments, customer feedback, and service opportunities
• Make outbound calls during slower periods to maximize booking opportunities
• Present and promote maintenance plan solutions to customers
• Bring an "always say yes" mindset and convert every opportunity possible

• 1+ year of customer service or call center experience
• Strong phone, communication, and computer skills
• Experience with CRM or scheduling software preferred
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
