WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Comfortable in the uncomfortable. This role supports an active, fast‑growing sector, which means priorities can shift and timelines can compress. You’ll thrive here if you enjoy stepping in during high‑visibility moments and creating calm, confident design under pressure.
Make the logo bigger
. Refine your designs based on feedback from internal and external stakeholders. You’ll balance multiple voices and turn diverse input into strong, cohesive work.
Support topping out and milestone events. This includes leading creative support for jobsite celebrations and key moments that matter to our teams in the field. You’ll design everything from challenge coins and T‑shirt graphics to hard hat decals, stickers, event signage, banners, and supporting materials.
Create clarity on the jobsite
. Create clear, intuitive, on‑brand jobsite signage that makes it easier to navigate the site, understand safety requirements, and reinforce culture at every touchpoint.
Build talent and culture campaigns. Design social graphics, internal campaigns, and event materials that highlight our people, our pace, and the pride behind the work—helping attract talent who thrive in a growing, dynamic environment.
Collaborate and communicate. Partner closely with the Mission Critical marketing lead while working alongside project administrators who may be new to the organization. You’ll build trust quickly, communicate openly, ask questions early, and aren’t afraid to pick up the phone or be the squeaky wheel when it helps keep work moving forward.
Stay curious. Keep learning new design tools, trends, and techniques. Bring fresh ideas to the team and use constructive feedback to improve your work and grow your skills.
