Qualifications and

Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Special Education or relevant field (Master's preferred)
• Active Special Education teaching certification in Utah or eligibility to obtain
• Experience developing and delivering IEPs
• Strong communication skills for engaging with staff, students, and families
• Knowledge of evidence-based instructional strategies and classroom management
• Ability to adapt and differentiate instruction for a range of learning abilities
• Collaborative mindset and commitment to inclusivity

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students
• Deliver engaging instruction tailored to student needs
• Partner with multidisciplinary teams to foster student success
• Maintain clear documentation of student progress and communicate effectively with families
• Support students' behavioral, social, and academic development
• Participate in school meetings, staff development, and ongoing training
