What You'll DoAn Events Coordinator has the responsibility of providing impeccable Guest Service and enhancing the overall Guest Experience. The goal of the Events Coordinator is to connect with Guests to build relationships and provide friendly, attentive, timely, fun and knowledgeable service.
Responsibilities Overview- Provide outstanding customer service
- Build a network of clientele and grow it every year
- Perform operational responsibilities such as entertaining clients and fulfilling commitments
- Maintain & grow industry standard service skills
- Managing site event calendars
- Managing collecting payment and deposits
- Collecting final attendance and catering numbers from clients
- Collecting Images and audio visual items from clients
- Setting up walkthroughs with onsite staff and clients
- Sending thank you notes and feedback surveys to clients
- Take phone calls and gather necessary information to quote events
- Other Duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university is preferred but not required
- 3 or more years of Events Experience preferred
- Punctual, groomed and dressed for a professional environment
- Excellent follow-through skills
- Strong communication skills
- Outgoing, friendly personality
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Skilled problem analysis, problem solving, and decision-making abilities
- Must be able to communicate in English
- This person must be able to communicate and express themselves both written and verbally
