Loan Partner; LOA

• Prior mortgage experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage loan files from application to closing
• Communicate with borrowers, agents, processors, and underwriters
• Collect, review, and organize documentations
• Track conditions, deadlines, and loan milestones
• Maintain pipeline flow and aid to ensure smooth closings
• Support Lead Tracker and calendar management as needed
• Deliver client experience aligned with our values

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior mortgage experience REQUIRED
• LOA, processing, or loan operations experience STRONGLY PREFERRED
• Client-facing experience a plus
