A fast-growing, private equity–backed platform is seeking a Corporate Controller to build, professionalize, and scale its accounting infrastructure during a critical growth phase.

This is not a maintenance Controller role — it is a builder’s seat
. You will own the financial backbone of a multi-entity organization, driving clean reporting, disciplined controls, and system scalability that supports acquisition activity, operational visibility, and investor confidence.

You’ll partner directly with executive leadership to create an accounting function that can keep pace with aggressive growth while maintaining precision, speed, and audit readiness.

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close across multiple entities
• Deliver audit-ready, GAAP-compliant financial statements
• Build close discipline and reporting speed expected in PE environments

• Support audits, diligence processes, and financial transparency

• Own accounting platforms and financial data architecture
