Senior FP&A Analyst

What You’ll Do

• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting processes
• Build, enhance, and maintain dashboards, financial models, and recurring reports (including board materials)
• Partner with Customer Experience and other business stakeholders to provide actionable financial insights
• Perform ad hoc analysis and support strategic finance initiatives
• Identify and implement process improvements, tools, and scalable reporting solutions
• Lead cross-functional projects from concept through execution
• Leverage AI and advanced data tools to enhance financial analysis while ensuring accuracy and integrity

• 3–5 years of FP&A or related finance experience, ideally in a high-growth tech or healthcare environment
• Hands-on experience with Adaptive Planning (Office Connect required);
  Net Suite experience is a plus
• Strong understanding of financial statements and business drivers
• Advanced Excel skills and experience working with large datasets and financial models
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills with the ability to partner effectively with senior stakeholders
