Service Professional – Client Service Center (Wealth Management Operations)

We are seeking a Service Professional to join our Client Service Center in Wealth Management Operations and provide customer service and technology support to clients. This associate‑level position will partner with business units across the firm to support financial transactions, implement controls, and manage client relationships.

• Execute complex processes and assist a Team Manager in coordinating processes, risks, and projects.
• Recognize risk in day‑to‑day processes, identify key issues, and propose process changes based on detailed knowledge.
• Train others, allocate tasks, and provide first‑line escalation support when required.
• Share expert knowledge across the team and contribute to team output and development, building relationships across the firm.

• Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the functional area and operational/compliance policies and procedures of the team.
• Ability to operate independently with respect to some job responsibilities.
• Culture carrier across Operations, embracing the firm’s core values.
• Ability to partner with and maintain relationships with key vendor contacts.
• At least 4 years of relevant experience.
