Banking Client - Finance Operations Support - Sandy, UT - Hybrid

Responsibilities

• Review client requests and ensure all required documents are obtained and in good order.
• Adequately communicating with clients and internal support when the requirements are not met.
• Validate submissions appropriately and within the proper time frames to meet SLA (Service Level Agreements).
• Assist with daily reporting.
• Provide transfer support to front office representatives.
• Identify areas in the transfer process that can be more efficient and where potential exposures can be minimized.
• Build relationships with other operational teams that lend to the client experience.
• Work with outside firms to resolve transfer-related concerns, coordinate the receive or delivery of assets.

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent work experience
• 13 years of experience in operations, financial services, or similar environment (asset transfers experience a plus)
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to review documentation and catch discrepancies
• Comfortable working in high-volume, deadline-driven environments and meeting SLAs
• Solid communication skills: able to follow up with contra firms and internal teams when needed
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and ability to work across multiple systems
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple requests at once
• Familiarity with brokerage products and account types
• Experience working with external firms or handling exceptions/escalations
