Lead the teller line on a day-to-day basis, including scheduling and coaching tellers to enhance service and efficiency;
Identify and resolve complex client servicing issues and enhance overall branch operations;
Assist clients in achieving financial goals via financial wellness tools and transitions to bankers as appropriate;
Ensure branch regulatory, security, and internal audit compliance and participate in morning huddles and end-of-day debriefs;
Onboard and train new tellers and support branch staff in product knowledge and regulatory procedures
