Manager – Compliance – Portfolio Management
Global Financial Crimes Compliance (GFCC) is an organization within Global Risk & Compliance (GRC) and is responsible for leading the enterprise-wide Anti-Money Laundering, Sanctions, and Anti-Corruption compliance functions. This team has global responsibility for identifying, investigating, and reporting suspicious activity, including money laundering and terrorist financing, and provides broad analytical and operational support for the company's enterprise-wide GFCC control framework.
Responsibilities:
The newly created second line GFCC Enablement organization will lead efforts across strategic and transformational program development initiatives and projects, synchronizing the function's ongoing operations, and will provide senior oversight of the function's systems, data, and tools. The Portfolio Management & Transformation Oversight team serves as the central hub for planning, prioritization, governance, financial oversight, and execution transparency across the GFCC portfolio.
The Manager of Portfolio Business Planning & Financial Oversight will lead financial planning, budget governance, and investment oversight activities across the GFCC portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead annual, multi-year, and long-range planning activities across the GFCC portfolio, ensuring alignment between strategic priorities, transformation roadmaps, workforce plans, and financial investments.
- Own portfolio budget management, including forecasting, invoice planning, run-rate tracking, variance analysis, accrual oversight, and ongoing expense governance.
- Partner with Finance and GFCC leadership to develop financial strategies, investment plans, and executive reporting that support business objectives and resource allocation decisions.
- Develop cost-benefit analyses (CBAs), business cases, and investment recommendations to support strategic initiatives, technology investments, and operational improvements.
- Identify financial risks, opportunities, and optimization strategies through proactive analysis of portfolio spend, resource utilization, and operating performance.
- Lead reengineering and efficiency initiatives that improve processes, enhance controls, reduce costs, and maximize value realization across GFCC.
- Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations, financial insights, and recommendations to senior leaders and governance forums to support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in financial planning, business management, strategy, consulting, portfolio management, or related disciplines.
- Demonstrated experience managing budgets, forecasts, business cases, and executive-level financial reporting.
- Strong financial modeling, analytical, and strategic problem-solving capabilities.
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across highly matrixed organizations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive presentation development.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial reporting tools.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
