Make an Impact

As a Real Estate Analyst, you will support our investment team across acquisitions, asset management, and dispositions, with a primary focus on Opportunity Zone, multifamily, and mixed‑use investments. This role offers exposure to the full investment lifecycle and is ideal for an analytical, entrepreneurial professional looking to develop a career in real estate investments. You will assist with financial analysis, business plan execution, portfolio management, and investment underwriting while working closely with senior leaders across the organization.

Responsibilities
  • Support acquisitions, asset management, and disposition activities across the investment portfolio.
  • Assist in the evaluation of multifamily and mixed‑use investment opportunities.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and demographic studies.
  • Build and maintain financial models related to acquisitions, asset performance, and portfolio management.
  • Perform investment underwriting and scenario analyses.
  • Analyze rent rolls, operating statements, budgets, and other property performance metrics.
  • Assist with preparation of acquisition, disposition, and investment committee presentation materials.
  • Support creation of annual budgets, forecasts, and business plans.
  • Monitor property performance against investment objectives and business plans.
  • Assist with investor reporting and analysis associated with distributions and fund performance.
  • Research and summarize loan document provisions, leasing requirements, future funding obligations, escrow reimbursements, and other lender requirements.
  • Maintain investment pipeline data and assist with transaction tracking.
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to support strategic decision‑making.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including property management, accounting, development, and capital markets.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in real estate, finance, accounting, economics, business, or a related field.
  • 0–3 years of experience in commercial real estate, finance, investments, accounting, consulting, or data analytics.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Ability to build and manipulate financial models in Excel.
  • Ability to analyze financial statements, operating performance, and investment metrics.
  • Experience working with large data sets and transforming analysis into actionable insights.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Self‑starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Exposure to multifamily, mixed‑use, private‑equity real estate, or Opportunity Zone investments.
  • Experience with financial modeling, investment underwriting, or valuation analysis.
  • Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, Argus, Yardi, or similar analytical platforms.
