Spavia Sandy is Hiring a Part-Time Licensed Master Esthetician
Spavia Sandy is seeking an experienced, passionate, and guest-focused Licensed Master Esthetician to join our team part-time. We are looking for someone with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience who loves delivering exceptional skincare experiences in a calm, luxury spa environment.
CompensationBase treatment pay: $20-$23 per hour, depending on experience, plus tips
- Tips are typically great and often double the base treatment rate
- Steady schedule with loyal guests & members
- W-2 position -- we handle marketing and supplies so you can focus on treatments
- Transparent pay structure based on experience
- Retail product commission
- Waxing services paid at 30% commission

- Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and applicable holidays
- 10-minute turnover between services
- Typical shift: 5-6 hours (equivalent to four or five 60-minute facials)

What You'll Do- Perform result-driven skincare treatments with exceptional attention to detail
- Recommend enhancements such as microcurrent and dermaplane/dermaflash services to support guest wellness goals
- Educate guests on home-care regimens and recommend retail products
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked treatment room
- Support a professional and team-oriented spa culture
- Active Utah Master Esthetician License
- Minimum 2 years of esthetics experience
- Reliable, professional, and team-oriented mindset
- Strong communication and guest care skills
