Spavia Sandy is hiring a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) for evening and weekend shifts in Sandy, Utah.
Compensation
Earn $56-$63 per 60-minute massage including typical gratuity.
* Base pay: $28-$35 per 60-minute service (based on experience)
* Typical gratuity on a 60-minute service: approximately $28
* Boost enhancements pay an additional $2.50 or $5 per service
* Advanced and extended services increase total earnings
Typical 5-hour shift (4-5 services):
$224-$315 per shift before boosts
Five shifts per week:
$1,120-$1,575 per week before boosts
Many evening and weekend Massage Therapists are 80-90% booked, creating strong and predictable income.

Evening shifts (2:00 PM - 8:00 PM):
Monday (2 openings)
Tuesday (1 opening)
Wednesday (2 openings)
Friday (2 openings)
Saturday:
9:00 AM - 1:00 PM (1 opening)
1:00 PM - 6:00 PM (2 openings)
Sunday:
9:00 AM - 1:00 PM (1 opening)
1:00 PM - 6:00 PM (3 openings)
Evening and weekend availability required.
Schedule and Work Environment
* Part-time and full-time Licensed Massage Therapist positions available
* Typical shift: 5-6 hours (4-5 services)
* 10-minute reset between services to complete notes and prepare without rushing
* Membership model provides repeat clients
* Focus on sustainable scheduling to support therapist longevity and body health

Responsibilities
* Provide customized massage therapy services (Swedish, Deep Tissue, Prenatal, Salt Stone)
* Recommend enhancements that support client wellness goals
* Complete SOAP notes
* Maintain a clean, professional treatment room
* Deliver consistent, high-quality guest experiences
Qualifications
* Active Utah Massage Therapy License
* Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) in good standing
* Evening and/or weekend availability
* Professional, reliable, and team-oriented
