Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Sandy, Utah

Location:
In-person – Sandy, Utah. Pay: $25-$30 per hour (depending on experience).
Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 9:00am - 2:00pm.

About the RoleAs an RBT, you will provide individualized ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You’ll work closely with clients to implement treatment plans, track progress, and support the development of essential life, communication, and social skills in a structured and encouraging environment.
Key Responsibilities- Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision
- Collect and record accurate session data
- Support skill development and behavior-reduction goals through positive reinforcement
- Maintain professionalism and positive rapport with clients and families
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities related to ABA and special education
- Current RBT Certification (required)
- Active CPR Certification (required within your first 30 days)
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, & insurance (required)
- Previous experience working with children or individuals with special needs (preferred)
- Experience with data collection and familiarity with ABA terminology (preferred)
- A background in special education, psychology, or a related field (beneficial)
- Comfortable working on the floor, lifting 25–40 lbs, and engaging in active play
- Competitive pay: $25-$30 per hour
- Supervision toward BCBA/BCaBA certification
