Provide basic patient care on the Medical Surgical unit including toileting, bathing, linen and clothing changes, and ambulation;
Record and report patient care findings to the RN in a timely manner;
Monitor patient condition and respond to changes as needed;
Assist with transferring medications from the delivery system to the RN on the unit;
May serve as health unit coordinator by answering phones and managing unit records
