Pure Infusion seeks a PAR Supervisor to lead the patient-facing arm of the revenue cycle for its ambulatory infusion center network. You will own inbound call triage, self-pay collections, payment intake, and live escalation while ensuring HIPAA, TCPA, FDCPA, and PCI-DSS compliance in every interaction.
You will hire, train, and coach the PAR team, monitor KPIs across sites, and drive financial recovery with a focus on patient care and regulatory adherence.
