We are currently seeking a Caregiver with experience in behavioral care. This is a specific assignment for a male client, with a schedule from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. (approximately two hours, with some flexibility) every day, Monday through Sunday.

Responsibilities:

As a caregiver, responsibilities include providing companionship and emotional support to clients while assisting with personal hygiene needs such as peri‑care, bathroom or in‑bed support, and brief changes. Caregivers help maintain a safe environment through light housekeeping, prepare nutritious meals tailored to client needs, and offer transportation to appointments or outings. They also provide medication reminders to support health management, ensuring clients receive attentive, compassionate care that promotes comfort, independence, and overall well‑being.

Benefits:

Competitive pay: $17.00–$18.25/hour (based on experience, CNA, or Dementia Certification)
Minimum $27.50 per shift

Training/GUIDE Respite Rate: $17.00/hour Raises after 60 days + annual reviews

Generous bonus after 60 days (20+ hours/week + required documents completed)

Qualifications:

Must be 18 or older

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Eligible to work in the U.S.Able to pass a background check

Experience with dementia or behavioral care (preferred)
Familiarity with hoyer lifts and gait belts (preferred)
