We focus on Emotionally Focused Therapy for co-regulation and Internal Family Systems for Individual regulation. We welcome anyone with other methods. • Provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy based on your areas of interest and clinical strengths
• Develop individualized treatment plans and provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
• Build strong therapeutic relationships with clients and families
• Collaborate with other therapists and participate in a supportive team environment
• Maintain ethical and professional standards of practice
• Continue developing your clinical skills through supervision, consultation, and professional growth
