Location

Amangiri, located on over 900 acres of the Colorado Plateau in the untouched red‑rock country of Utah. The resort includes 34 modernist suites, Aman Spa, a mesa‑embracing pool, and the satellite Camp Sarika with ten tented pavilions, a restaurant, lounge, and spa suites.

Role

Overnight Steward – responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and fully operational kitchen during overnight shifts. Duties include supporting overnight guest needs, light food preparation, and prepping the kitchen for the next day's service.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen equipment, dishware, and work spaces.
  • Operate and maintain dishwashing machinery and cleaning systems.
  • Complete deep cleaning tasks and follow nightly cleaning schedules.
  • Prepare overnight staff meals and assist with light guest food requests.
  • Maintain organized storage areas and handle chemicals properly.
  • Ensure all kitchen areas are reset and prepared for the morning team.
  • Support overnight operations and communicate effectively with team members.
  • Remove waste and maintain a safe, hygienic working environment.
  • Uphold Aman’s standards of professionalism, cleanliness, and efficiency.
Requirements
  • Previous kitchen or stewarding experience preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
  • Ability to work independently during overnight shifts.
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
  • Positive attitude with a professional and team‑oriented approach.
  • Ability to handle physically demanding tasks, including standing, lifting, and bending.
  • Basic culinary knowledge is an asset.
  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
