Recruiter​/Account Manager

We are a rapidly growing insurance agency based in Sandy, Utah, and we are currently looking to fill the role of Agent Recruiter/Account Manager.

This is a high-impact role focused on recruiting and connecting licensed insurance agents with our Medicare agency. In addition to hourly pay, this position offers uncapped commission, making it an excellent opportunity for someone who is motivated by performance and earning potential. Base pay of $40k with heavy performance based incentives/commissions that make the position extremely lucrative.

Daily duties may vary based on office needs.

Key responsibilities include:

• Reaching out to licensed insurance agents via phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Building and maintaining relationships with prospective agents.
• Presenting the benefits and earning opportunities of partnering with our Medicare agency.
• Following up consistently with leads and tracking recruiting activity.
• Supporting agents through the onboarding process.
• Meeting and exceeding recruiting goals to maximize commission earnings.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, confidence on the phone, and a results-driven mindset. The ability to build rapport quickly, handle objections, and stay organized is essential. Previous recruiting, sales, or insurance experience is a plus but not required.
