Responsibilities
As a Human Resources Business Partner at isolved, you will partner with department leaders to align HR strategies with business goals, conduct needs assessments, facilitate talent development, execute employee engagement initiatives, serve as the resource for employee relations, resolve issues, enhance the workplace experience, collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement policies, and analyze HR metrics to inform decision‑making.
QualificationsStrong communication skills, empathy, problem‑solving abilities, analytical skills for interpreting HR metrics, adaptability, customer‑centric approach, teamwork, integrity, and high emotional intelligence. A heart for building relationships and motivating others is essential.
Minimum Qualifications- Bachelor's degree from a four‑year college or university, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of three (3) years of progressive Human Resources experience in an HR Generalist, Human Resources Administrator (HRA), HR Manager, Employee Relations, or related HR role.
- Experience supporting managers and employees in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment.
- Working knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
- Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
- HR certification such as PHR, SHRM‑CP, or equivalent is preferred, but not required.
- Experience supporting organizational change, coaching leaders, and driving employee engagement initiatives is a plus.
