What You’ll Do
- Partner with client managers to understand job requirements, company culture, and team needs
- Source and engage IT professionals through job boards, networking, and professional groups
- Screen candidates via resume reviews, structured interviews, reference checks, and background evaluations
- Assess technical knowledge, cultural fit, and compensation expectations
- Maintain accurate records of candidate information and communications in the applicant tracking system
- Prepare polished candidate profiles and submissions for client managers
- Manage candidate relationships by providing timely communication, guidance, and support throughout the hiring process
- Build and maintain a talent pool of IT professionals with in-demand skills, staying connected through regular outreach
- Participate in client meetings to strengthen relationships and better understand client environments
- Meet or exceed recruiting performance metrics (e.g., candidate submissions, placements, time-to-fill)
- 4+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, ideally in agency staffing
- Experience with an ATS (applicant tracking system), LOXO is a plus
- Highly proficient in using computer technologies, including Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and AI-assisted tools to support recruiting activities
- Skilled in using sourcing tools (Linked In Recruiter, job boards, networking platforms, and Boolean searches)
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport across diverse groups
- Adaptability to shifting client needs, changing market conditions, and evolving recruiting practices
- Sound judgment when assessing candidate qualifications, motivations, and marketability
- Professionalism, organization, and a proactive mindset
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
- Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in interviewing
- Full-time position; standard 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. business hours
- Follow a hybrid work schedule, with in-office days on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
- Occasional local travel for candidate meetings, client visits, and networking events
