Job Title: Senior Product Manager, CX
Location: US, Sandy UT, Atlanta, GA, Hoboken, NJ
Reports to: Director of Cross-Platform Product Management
Organization: CX Cross-Platform Product Team
What You’ll Do / ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the strategy, roadmap, and execution model for global cloud region expansion and capability integration across our AI‑powered platform. You will operate from the Cross‑CX team—the centralized hub for communication, prioritization, visualization, governance, and strategy—ensuring clarity, alignment, and predictable execution across Product, Engineering, Architecture, Security/Compliance, Operations, and Go‑to‑Market teams.
This role sits at the intersection of regional growth (new regions, feature expansion, data residency, FedRAMP and other frameworks) and new product integration (sequencing acquired products, establishing platform alignment, achieving regional parity, and scaling AI capabilities across regions). You’ll define CLEAR scope documentation, drive clear prioritization, implement repeatable processes, and articulate current status with crisp visibility for executives and delivery teams.
Key responsibilities include:
- Cloud Region Strategy & Ownership
- Own the strategy, prioritization and organizational focus for launching new regions and expanding capabilities across existing regions (multi‑cloud, multi‑region, data residency).
- Create and maintain CLEAR scope documentation for: new region launches; feature/function expansion by region; including working with operational team members and compliance product managers and architects.
- Define readiness criteria (tech, ops, security, support, GTM) and enforce consistent “region readiness” and “feature parity” definitions.
- Partner with Architecture and Platform Engineering to sequence integration in line with regional priorities, customer commitments, and compliance timelines.
- Establish a repeatable, transparent requirements process that captures inputs from Engineering, Architecture, AI/ML, Security/Compliance, Support, and GTM.
- Drive clear prioritization across: new region build‑outs; regional capability enhancements; compliance programs (e.g., FedRAMP); and integration of acquired capabilities.
- Maintain an auditable backlog and traceability from requirement → scope → delivery → status.
- Own the cross‑product regional roadmap, synthesizing inputs across product lines into a coherent portfolio view.
- Build visualizations (e.g., capability matrices, region parity dashboards, dependency maps, milestone trackers) to enable fast decision‑making by leadership and field teams.
- Provide consistent, executive‑ready current status—progress, risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans. Partner with Security, Compliance, and Legal to align regional plans with audit requirements and program timelines (e.g., FedRAMP readiness, continuous monitoring).
- Lead cross‑functional governance forums to evaluate new regions, prioritize compliance features, and manage trade‑offs.
- Work closely with Program/Project Management to ensure delivery is predictable and transparent.
- Facilitate quarterly/annual planning, business case reviews, and resourcing conversations with clarity around ROI, risk, and customer impact.
- Serve as a visible subject matter expert on regional capabilities and availability for internal teams and, when needed, customers and partners.
- Translate regulatory and audit needs into productized requirements (authentication/authorization, encryption, data retention, logging, evidence collection).
- Lead cross‑functional governance forums to evaluate new regions, prioritize compliance features, and manage trade‑offs.
- Clarity over ambiguity: CLEAR scope docs, explicit definitions, and auditable decisions.
- Transparency by default:
