Overview
The Salesforce Solutions Architect is a hands-on technical leader responsible for designing scalable, sustainable solutions that support the organization’s strategic initiatives. This role partners closely with the Product Owner, Lead SA, and business stakeholders to ensure technology decisions align with long-term architecture, platform strategy, and delivery goals. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, capable of flexing into configuration or administrative work when needed.

- Solution Design & Architecture:
Design scalable, secure, and maintainable Salesforce solutions aligned with business goals and enterprise architecture standards. - Leadership Advisory:
Serve as a trusted technical advisor to leaders, helping evaluate options, risks, and tradeoffs. - Delivery Partnership:
Collaborate with the PM, BA, and Lead SA to translate requirements into feasible technical designs and implementation plans. - Hands-On Support:
Able to shift into configuration, admin, or build work when capacity gaps exist, particularly within Salesforce or related platforms. - Standards & Governance:
Establish and promote best practices, design patterns, and documentation to support long-term scalability.
- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce solution or enterprise architecture roles.
- Strong systems thinker who can balance immediate delivery needs with long-term scalability.
- Comfortable operating at multiple levels, from whiteboard strategy to hands-on configuration.
- Clear communicator who can explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Consistently delivers solutions by thinking beyond documented limitations, leveraging creative problem-solving to achieve outcomes others deem impossible
- Solution focused, flexible, and user-centric.
- Deep understanding of system integrations, data models, and security considerations.
- Ability to rapidly assess gaps and recommend practical solutions.
- Experience working closely with business stakeholders and product owners.
- Experience in architecting complex user experience utilizing LWCs.
- Experience working in a highly regulated industry is a plus.
