What You Will Do- Conduct comprehensive market trend analysis to identify emerging verticals and growth opportunities in Opengear’s key markets.
- Analyze data from key customer segments to provide actionable insights and recommendations to leadership.
- Develop and maintain data dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Power
BI and Salesforce. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Sales, and Marketing, to align data analysis with business goals.
- Identify and implement technical improvements in data collection, reporting, and visualization processes.
- Work closely with the Salesforce admin team to optimize CRM data analysis and reporting capabilities.
- Assist in defining and documenting business requirements for ongoing projects.
- Participate in scrum meetings and project management activities as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Business Analytics, Quantitative Analysis, or a related field.
- 4-6 years of experience in data analysis, business analysis, or a related role.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and Power
BI for data visualization and reporting. - Experience with ERP or CRM systems; knowledge of Salesforce is a strong plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in market research and competitive analysis.
- Knowledge of data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or Python.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Certification as a Scrum Master is a plus.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $93,000 - $145,000. Pay ranges are determined by role, job level and primary job location. The range displayed reflects the reasonable range we anticipate paying for this position and reflects the cost of labor within several U.S. geographic markets. The specific salary offered within the range will depend on various factors including, but not limited to the candidate’s relevant and prior experience, education, skills, and primary work location.
It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each position. Pay ranges are typically reviewed and updated annually.
