Overview

ICE Mortgage Technology is seeking an experienced Manager, Product Management to lead our consumer-facing digital lending platforms. In this role, you'll guide a team of Product Managers while driving product strategy across mobile applications for borrowers and loan officers, as well as the Encompass Web lead experience. You'll be responsible for defining product vision, overseeing roadmap execution, furthering AI-powered innovations, and ensuring our products deliver exceptional experiences for consumers navigating their home ownership journey.

This position requires both strong people leadership and deep product expertise, as you'll mentor your team while collaborating with senior leadership to influence broader customer engagement and acquisition strategies.

The ideal candidate brings 6+ years of product management experience with 2+ years successfully leading product teams. You're equally comfortable coaching Product Managers through complex challenges and partnering with engineering, UX, sales, and customer success teams to deliver business outcomes. Your background includes consumer and mobile product development at scale, preferably within the mortgage industry. You excel at translating market insights and customer needs into compelling product strategies and balancing business objectives with technical feasibility.

Responsibilities
  • Define and drive product strategy across multiple product lines, including mobile applications (borrower and loan officer) and the Encompass web lead experience, incorporating AI/ML.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Product Managers, including performance management, career development, and strategic resource allocation.
  • Contribute to and influence broader customer engagement and acquisition strategy, collaborating with senior leadership.
  • Lead team in developing and maintaining market analysis, identifying new players, trends, and opportunities.
  • Oversee the release of products from concept through launch and adoption. Guide team in creating and executing roadmaps; prioritize features linking business, competitive, and user needs.
  • Lead and oversee requirements gathering and analysis activities by working with stakeholders, developers, UX designers, QA analysts and internal/external customers while balancing compliance, security, technical feasibility, and sustainability.
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration across engineering, UX, sales, and customer success teams at scale.
  • Own, track, and report product performance against established short and long term KPIs across product portfolios.
Knowledge and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or related field required.
  • 6+ years of product management experience and 2+ years of people management experience or similar relevant experience, including hiring, performance management, and team development.
  • Proven track record of leading product teams and driving strategic initiatives.
  • Experience with consumer and enterprise products and mobile apps (iOS and Android) at scale.
  • Deep understanding of the mortgage industry.
  • Experience influencing cross-organizational strategy and collaborating with senior leadership.
  • Strong coaching and mentoring abilities.
  • Strong business requirement analytical skills with the ability to produce clearly articulated requirements and documents.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Manage multiple projects and priorities, tasks, and coordinate various channels of communication at the same time.
  • Flexibility and the ability to adapt to fast-paced, rapidly changing environments.
  • Experience evaluating and productizing AI/ML solutions preferred.
