We are partnering with a leading food and beverage company focused on delivering globally sourced, high-quality ingredients and innovative food products. With over three decades of industry expertise, the company combines deep knowledge of global flavors with advanced sourcing, custom blending, and product development capabilities to support customers across food service, industrial manufacturing, and retail markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure, manage, and support Microsoft Office 365 across the organization
  • Provide end-user support for the full Office suite (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, etc.)
  • Review, prioritize, and resolve IT requests through the ticketing system (via phone, email, chat, or in person)
  • Accurately document issues, scope, and resolutions for knowledge base and escalation purposes
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
  • Follow up on open tickets to ensure timely resolution and user satisfaction
  • Support conference room audio/video equipment
  • Set up and configure systems for employee onboarding and offboarding
  • Maintain asset management records for all IT hardware
  • Move and install computer and printer equipment as needed
  • Create and maintain IT documentation, processes, and procedures
  • Work with Microsoft Intune to deploy updates and security policies
  • Support Android scanners and tablets in operational environments
  • Assist with IT projects and additional tasks as assigned
  • Provide occasional after‑hours or weekend support as needed
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience
  • Prior experience in the manufacturing industry (nice to have)
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Office 365 administration and support
  • Experience with ticketing systems and incident management
  • Advanced troubleshooting skills in desktop and laptop systems, including hardware and software issues.
