Work with a talented team and enjoy a 4-day work week! Lease End helps people buy out their auto leases and capture vehicle equity without having to go into the dealership or DMV.
We're looking for a Junior UX Designer with 3-4 years of experience working on both web and mobile applications. We have a strong design foundation and are looking to grow our team and elevate our user experience to the next level. You'll focus on designing intuitive and engaging user interfaces, conducting user research, and collaborating closely with our product and engineering teams to implement design solutions.
Our design tools include Adobe XD and Figma. We prioritize user-centric design and are keen on leveraging feedback to iterate and improve our products. You'll need to think creatively and analytically to solve design challenges and effectively enhance our user experience.
We enable our teams to craft and release great designs by providing plenty of deep-focus work time, minimizing meetings, focusing on value-add features, pushing frequent releases, and recharging with 3-day weekends.
Responsibilities- Design and prototype user interfaces for web and mobile applications
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and insights
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement design solutions
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps
- Ensure designs are consistent with brand guidelines and accessibility standards
- Stay up to date with the latest UX trends, tools, and best practices
- Contribute to a positive culture of innovation and problem solving
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent real-world experience in UX Design
- 3-4 years of professional experience in UX design for web and mobile applications
- Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD
- Strong portfolio showcasing your UX design work and process
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing
- Ability to work well in a fast-moving startup environment
- Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a big plus
