Key Responsibilities:
Help Desk & User Support
- Monitor and respond to Service Titan Help Desk tickets and user inquiries.
- Diagnose and resolve system-related issues ranging from user errors to data configuration challenges.
- Escalate complex or system-wide issues to the Service Titan Administrator as needed.
- Provide friendly, solutions-oriented support while maintaining documentation of resolutions for knowledge base reference.
- Assist in implementing enterprise-wide Service Titan standardization projects (Pricebook, Payroll, Job Types, Memberships, etc.).
- Document brand-specific workflows and identify opportunities for alignment and process improvement.
- Support testing and deployment of new configurations, integrations, and process changes.
- Help maintain system data accuracy and consistency across all tenants.
- Partner with the Service Titan Administrator to create and update user guides, SOPs, and process documentation.
- Assist with user training sessions and onboarding for new hires or feature rollouts.
- Maintain ongoing awareness of Service Titan releases and feature updates.
- Participate in cross-departmental projects and data initiatives as needed.
- Support ad-hoc reporting, analysis, and operational tasks to ensure system and process efficiency.
Qualifications:
- 2 or more years of experience working within Service Titan, preferably in an operations, dispatch, or administrative role.
- Strong understanding of Service Titan modules such as Pricebook, Jobs, Payroll, Memberships, and Business Units.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver accurate work under tight timelines.
- Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets, documentation tools, and process management platforms (Asana, Monday, etc.).
- Service Titan Certified Administrator or currently enrolled in certification.
- Experience supporting or training others in Service Titan.
- Familiarity with trades industry operations (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.).
- Knowledge of GL mapping, project billing, or integrations (Sage, Intacct, etc.) is a plus.
