Make An Impact
As a Business Analyst in our PMO, you'll help ensure AI initiatives deliver real business value. You'll connect processes, technology, and outcomes—translating complex work into clear impact for the business.
Support medium to complex projects and lead scoping efforts. Gather and translate requirements across traditional and AI initiatives. Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams. Analyze processes, identify AI opportunities, and define future-state workflows. Lead process mapping, modeling, and impact assessments. Define success metrics and ensure solutions drive measurable outcomes. Evaluate cross-system impacts and support change readiness.
What You Should Bring4–6 years of Business Analysis experience. Experience gathering and translating business requirements (AI experience preferred). Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Exposure to AI or automation initiatives. Systems thinking mindset. Working knowledge of AI tools and business outcome management.

Retirement

Time Away From Work
- Paid Time Off (PTO)
- 11 paid holidays annually
Parental Leave
- Following six (6) months of employment, eligible employees may receive:
- Four (4) weeks of paid parental leave as a primary caregiver, or
- Two (2) weeks of paid parental leave as a secondary caregiver
- Following two (2) years of employment, eligible primary caregivers may receive up to twelve (12) weeks of paid parental leave per birth, adoption, or placement
Learning & Development
- Tuition Reimbursement of up to $5,000 per year for pre-approved education expenses
- Repayment obligations may apply if employment ends prior to 24 months
