• Escalated troubleshooting and root-cause analysis
• Server administration (Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure)
• Advanced Microsoft 365 administration
• Network troubleshooting (switches, firewalls, VLANs, VPNs)
• Security investigations and remediation
• Documentation and process improvement
• Mentoring Tier 1 and Tier 2 technicians
• Working directly with clients to solve complex technical challenges

• Enjoys solving puzzles

• Can explain technical concepts to non-technical people
• Stays calm when everyone else is panicking
