We are builders, designers, and innovators looking for a Jr. Hub Spot Administrator to help alongside our current Hub Spot Administrator.

The Tools You Will Master to maintain our high standards of "Security for surety" and operational efficiency, you will leverage the full suite of Hub Spot Tools. We believe in having "all of the control, none of the complexity." In this role, you will:

• Manage Permissions with Precision:
  You will utilize Permission Sets to ensure every team member—from sales reps to support agents—has the exact access they need to do their jobs without compromising data security.
• Monitor System Integrity:
  You will oversee Activity Logs to track login history, security updates, and content changes, ensuring our data remains audit-ready and secure.
• Innovate Safely:
  You will use Sandboxes to test new pipelines, automations, and integrations in a safe environment, allowing us to experiment and iterate without disrupting day-to-day operations.

• Data Architecture:
  Design and implement custom objects to support specific business use cases, ensuring our data structure mirrors our complex banking relationships.
• Reporting:
  Create and maintain dashboards to support data-driven decision-making, helping us track the "efficiency ratio" of our own internal efforts.
• Integration:
  Manage integrations with other internal systems to ensure data integrity across our tech stack.
• Support & Training:
  Provide technical support and training to internal users, empowering them to use the system effectively.

• Deep knowledge of Hub Spot's CRM, Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs.
• Proven experience building and managing custom objects, workflows, sequences, and reporting dashboards.
• Strong understanding of pipeline architecture and sales/marketing automation.
• Experience integrating Hub Spot with third-party tools and APIs.
• A "Security First" mindset, understanding the importance of data governance.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for system optimization.
